VSMPO Avisma Corporation has announced the prolongation of the agreement with Snecma, the company of Safran Group for a new long term period.

According to the agreement of January 2010 VSMPO Avisma Corporation is to supply titanium forgings to Snecma for CFM56 engines manufacturing.

VSMPO Avisma Corporation will also keep a leader position of the main supplier of titanium products to Snecma and Safran Group, including the branches Turbomeca, Messier Dowty, Microturbo and Techspace Aero.
