Interfax China reported that Shanghai Stock Exchange listed Xining Special Steel Co Limited's subsidiary Subei Boren Mineral Development Co Limited has obtained the exploration right to a vanadium deposit located in the Subei Mongol autonomous county from local miner Gansu Weisite Mining Co Limited.
