Taiwan's major stainless steel producer Yieh United Steel Corporation has announced to remain its domestic price unchanged for December even though the nickel price has declined to current USD 16,000 to USD 17,000 per tonne.

Although the demand is weak and the price should drop, but the company decided to keep at the same price level.

YUSCO think the stainless steel price will stabilize after the previous price cut and underproduction. Therefore, they insist in keeping the same price for its 300 and 400 series product.
