In Lower Saxony, another EnBW fast-charging park is connected to the grid: In Albert-Einstein-Straße in Hildesheim, e-car drivers can charge at another state-of-the-art major location of the energy company. Due to the proximity of the fast charging park to the A7 and B1, the location is particularly suitable for travelers with the e-car to combine a short break from the journey with the charging stop.With the fast charging park in Hildesheim, EnBW is already putting the third large charging park in Lower Saxony into operation. In Lower Saxony, EnBW has already set up fast-charging parks in Lauenau and Bispingen near Hamburg. In addition, there are hundreds of other locations throughout Germany, with which the energy company is constantly consolidating the fast-charging infrastructure for e-car drivers. In total, EnBW currently operates over 800 fast-charging locations and has already set up 1,000 locations. All sites that are not yet in operation can be used by motorists as soon as the local grid operator connects them to the power grid. This number will grow to 2,500 by 2025.
