Chase Mining Corporation announced that, following shareholder approval at the General Meeting held on 17 October 2022, and receipt of a new Certificate of Registration for the Company from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, the Company has officially changed its name to Green Critical Minerals Limited. The name change and new ASX code (ASX: GCM) will be effected with the ASX on 12 December 2022. Chase Mining had provided an update recently on Green Critical Minerals Pty Limited activities. As announced to on 18 November 2022 Chase Mining had acquired GCM, which has the right to acquire up to 80% of the graphite rights for the advanced McIntosh Graphite Project in Western Australia. GCM has provided Chase Mining information regarding recent research undertaken by it on historical exploration activities at the Threadfin prospect within its McIntosh graphite project, which indicates is may host graphite suitable for the Spherical Purified Graphite market.
