RNP México is based in San Luis Potosi State in Mexico and has branches in Chile & Peru. The company develops, manufactures, and sells rock drills and related components, serving mining and construction customers mainly in Latin America. RNP México has about 370 employees and had revenues in 2021 of about USD 28 million. The acquisition is expected to be completed in the third quarter 2022.Epiroc develops & provides innovative and safe equipment, such as drill rigs, rock excavation and construction equipment and tools for surface and underground applications. It also offer world-class service and other aftermarket support as well as solutions for automation, digitalization and electrification.
