MC Mining Limited announced that its Run-of-mine coal production at Uitkomst was marginally lower 107,188 tonnes than the December 2020 quarter figure of 108,945 tonnes. Limited activities were undertaken at the Company's Makhado hard coking coal project, Vele semi-soft coking and thermal coal colliery and Greater Soutpansberg Projects during the quarter;Uitkomst Colliery, a producer of thermal and metallurgical coal, is situated 20km northwest of Utrecht and 23km northeast of Newcastle in the KwaZulu Natal province in South Africa.
