PEM electrolysis systems manufacturer H-TEC SYSTEMS is selling two ME450 PEM electrolysis systems to Gruyère Hydrogen Power for a production plant for the production of green hydrogen. In the future, Gruyère Hydrogen Power will supply the green hydrogen to an international industrial company based in Switzerland. Gas engines are operated there with the emission-free energy source. The systems are scheduled to go into operation at the end of next year. The two ME450 PEM electrolysers each have an electrical output of one megawatt and are supplied with green energy, which mainly comes from photovoltaics. With a system efficiency of 74%, the two plants produce a total of up to 900 kilograms of green hydrogen per day.
