Rising above North Sydney’s new metro station, Victoria Cross is planned to be a vibrant new commercial and retail precinct. The 42-storey office tower represents the latest global thinking in place creation and workplace experience, offering a modern and sustainable space that promotes collaboration, flexibility, and innovation. As part of the Sydney Metro integrated station development, Victoria Cross Tower is positioned to be one of North Sydney’s most well-connected and sustainable workplaces. It will be net zero carbon, powered by 100% renewables and is targeting a Platinum WELL and 6-Star Green Star rating.Designed by Bates Smart, the premium grade building will meet the changing needs of the workplace, with an expansive lobby and multipurpose hub space to facilitate community connection, and outdoor balconies and green spaces to promote health and wellbeing. On ground level, the lobby will flow into a retail-activated laneway with more than 20 new retail and hospitality brands planned, establishing itself as a thriving dining and bar precinct for workers, locals and visitors to enjoy from day to night. From ‘grab and go’ providers to bustling bars, cafés and restaurants, the specially curated retail mix will be bolstered by exceptional connectivity through the Sydney Metro network.
