Implenia is selling Implenia Schalungsbau GmbH, based in Bobenheim-Roxheim, to PERI Vertrieb Deutschland, a subsidiary of PERI SE based in Weissenhorn. PERI is one of the leading, internationally active manufacturers and suppliers of formwork and scaffolding systems.Implenia Schalungsbau GmbH specialises in intelligent services and complete services for formwork construction. With the takeover of the company with all 46 employees, PERI is supplementing its current offering in the areas of engineering and special formwork construction and expanding the capacities required in view of the good order situation in the infrastructure and building construction segments.Implenia is selling its formwork construction business to a suitable owner in order to continue to focus on its defined core portfolio and advance its asset-light strategy. The Group focuses on integrated construction and real estate services in Switzerland and Germany as well as tunnelling and related infrastructure projects in other markets.
