Nested in the heart of Mayakobá, in the Yucatán peninsula, The Reserve at Mayakobá comprises 16 buildings and a Club House. The project was born with one premise: maximum respect for the idyllic natural jungle environment, delimited by a golf course and a navigable canal that flows into the coast of the Riviera Maya.With a total of 144 dwellings, the masterplan seeks to optimise the privacy of all the properties. Overlooking the treetops, the third floors and penthouses of each block enjoy clear views of the canal and the golf course. The ground floors, on the other hand, have a private garden on the edge of the surrounding forest.In order to respect the density of forest and aiming for sustainable mobility, a network of pedestrians paths and bicycle tracks segregated from the vehicle roads has been designed. This network connects all the blocks with the Club House and the jetties of the buildings overlooking the canal.
