Located in the Quartier Nord, one of the main business centres of Brussels, the development comprises four buildings linked to each other by a vast interior garden, open to the public and designed as an oasis of greenery and calm. Offering 60,000 m² of working environments, the project has been designed to be passive and to comply with the highest standards of innovation and environmental performance.Designed by Jaspers-Eyers, the architecture consists of an elegant, rounded ensemble of four buildings with a similar look but different heights, ranging from 5 to 18 floors. In addition to its office space and central garden, Quatuor offers its occupants coworking spaces managed by Silversquare. The interior concept of 'Siversquare Kanal' offers a surface area of 7,000 m² and was designed by the rising star Lous and the Yakuza, in collaboration with the teams of Befimmo and Silversquare. Rooftop terraces, bars and restaurants, a gym and a cultural centre are also available.The building produces 30% of its energy on site. The buildings comply with the passive house standard and are equipped with solar panels, rainwater recycling systems, high-end thermal insulation and geothermal heating and cooling systems. During construction, priority was given to the use of high-performance materials from Europe, which has contributed to effectively reducing its environmental footprint.Quatuor is easily accessible by public transport. Located near a major Brussels train station and metro, tram and bus stations, the project includes parking for 300 bicycles and 314 cars, a third of which is equipped to accommodate electric vehicles.Equipped with an app for a better user experience, Quatuor also offers its tenants advanced technologies that make it a smart building.Quatuor has already been pre-let to prestigious tenants such as Beobank, Touring and Buy Way Personal Finance. Beobank will soon move into the building, followed by Touring and Buy Way in the course of 2022. Letters of intent for 7,500 square meters have already been signed.
