The 44,000-square meter facility will have a strong environmental focus in everything from material selection to efficient cooling systems and modern heat recovery. In addition, a solar cell system on the roof will cover parts of the buildings electricity needs. Construction started during the second quarter 2021 and is expected to be completed during the first quarter 2023.
