The stunning new J1 Beach is set to replace La Mer South as the region’s flagship beach destination, offering visitors a unique and unforgettable experience on the beach. The J1 Beach is located on approximately 500 metres of beach front in the suburb of Jumeirah 1 in Dubai and forms a section of two Dubai Development Authority plots, which comprise a total area of approximately 103,550 square meters J1 Beach will feature three beach clubs, all with regional and international acclaim behind them, and ten upscale, licensed restaurants where guests can dine with stunning sea views from sunrise to sunset. The area’s construction has already begun, with the new destination set to welcome guests by the end of 2023. SSH is working with Merex Investment Group, Dubai-based JV of Dubai Holdings as the lead consultant on J1 Beach, delivering design and construction supervision.
