COSCO (HK) Investment & Development Co Ltd has successfully rolled on the heaviest module TMR005 weighing 14,000 tonnes for the ARCTIC LNG 2 project owned by Novatek and its partners and entrusted to Technip Energies for the EPC part. The module was transported with the world’s record of 630 axles SPMT (self-propelled modular transporter) to the largest semi-submersible vessel, M/V XIN GUANG HUA. On December 7, 2021, the load out operation was smooth and well controlled, demonstrating the strong capability of the vessel, and the professionalism of the crews and the onshore staff.This was assigned by Technip Energies the transportation of the project’s largest module going to the Gydan peninsula in West Siberia Russia.
