DHL Supply Chain has acquired New Transport Applications, a company specialized in providing logistics services to the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector. With more than 20 years of experience in the Mexican market, NTA is a recognized industry player serving more than 80 customers with services that include the storage and transportation of products that require refrigeration and temperature control. With this acquisition, DHL Supply Chain will continue to strengthen its position and operating capacity in the high potential industry sector thanks to NTA's know-how, experience and coverage throughout the country. Currently, NTA makes more than 165,000 specialized deliveries annually, distributing more than 43,000 tons per year under the highest quality standards with a team of nearly 600 people that are always close to its customers. It maintains commercial agreements with all major airlines in Mexico to serve nationally the different stakeholders in the pharmaceutical product supply chain, including hospitals, sales representatives, pharmacies, and patients.
