Nestlé Purina and Maersk are joining forces to revitalize the train as a more sustainable model to transport products from the factory to the port. This project started when both Nestlé Purina and Maersk aligned and found common objectives toward more sustainable logistics. Maersk solutions support Nestle Purina´s sustainability goals since the train has helped reduce its carbon footprint when moving its products from the factory in Teno to the San Antonio Port in Chile, to start the export journey. For Maersk, this is an important project of sustainability, working together with Nestlé Purina, Mearesk has found concrete actions and seeking common sustainability goals for a better world.
