Skanska has sold a terminal- and logistics property in Helsingborg in Sweden for about SEK 200 million to an investment consortium led by NRP. The divestment will be recorded by Skanska Commercial Property Development Nordic in the first quarter 2021, where the transfer of the property will take place as well. The property is fully let to Bring Frigo AB and comprises a modern refrigeration and freezing terminal of approximately 10,800 square meters. The building is developed and built by Skanska. Wilfast has assisted the buyer and will manage the property.

The property is located in the eastern part of Helsingborg, in a strategic logistics location adjacent to the junction E4/E6/E20 which connects Copenhagen with Oslo and Stockholm. Skanska’s development plans continue in the area.
