London-based GreenRoc Mining has announced that Amitsoq purification tests in Greenland achieved almost 100% purity, surpassing a requirement to manufacture anodes for electric vehicle batteries.The miner focused on mineral projects in Greenland said its technical consultants on spheronised graphite ProGraphite conducted the purification test work via alkaline purification. This "exceeds the purity required to produce spheronised graphite used in the manufacturing of anodes for electric vehicle batteries," GreenRoc explained. It reached purity of 99.97%, above the required 99.95%.
