The US Department of Commerce has determined that countervailable subsidies are being provided to producers and exporters of common alloy aluminum sheet from China during the period of review of 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2020. US DOC has calculated a countervailable subsidy rate for mandatory respondents Jiangsu Alcha and Alcha International. US DOC determined that following net countervailable subsidy rates existJiangsu Alcha Aluminium & Alcha International - 17.80%Yinbang Clad Material - 252.22%US DOC had published the Preliminary Results of this administrative review in the Federal Register on 4 March 2022 and invited comments from interested parties. On 8 April 2022, it received timely case briefs from Jiangsu Alcha and its affiliated trading company Alcha International.
