The plant's four main shops—Stamping, Body Construction, Paint, and Final Assembly—are equipped with advanced automation and cutting-edge technology, setting industry benchmarks for precision manufacturing.

Significant retooling and technological upgrades include new dies in the press shop, additional robots, grippers, and fixtures in the weld shop, handling system modifications in the paint shop, and end-of-line system adjustments in the assembly shop. The plant, currently employing over 1000 individuals, is expected to create an additional 1000 jobs in the next 3 to 4 months as part of the production ramp-up plans.

Tata Motors' commitment to sustainability is evident in its investment in upskilling the workforce, providing educational opportunities and installing a 50 KW solar rooftop at the plant.
