Australian Capral Aluminium has completed its acquisition of Wollongong New South Wales-based Allyman Aluminium on 3 February 2023. The acquisition is a part of Capral's goal to grow its distribution footprint so that it has Aluminum Trade Centers and distribution hubs strategically positioned all around Australia. Since its establishment in 2012, Allyman has actively served manufacturers and tradespeople in the neighbourhood and beyond. As per the sources, the South-Wales-based aluminium distributor will change its name to Capral's third Aluminium Centre in NSW after the acquisition.
