JSW Capital Group’s JSW Innowacje has changed its name to JSW Nowe Projekt. The new name is related to the change in the company's business profile. JSW Nowe Projekt is to implement eco projects for the JSW Capital Group. Jastrzebska Spolka Weglowa said “The current activity of JSW Innowacje has been assessed, as a result of which we have decided to change the profile of its activity. Established on the basis of JSW Innowacje, JSW Nowe Projekt, will deal with projects related to renewable energy, closed-loop economy and the development of hydrogen economy. The innovative activity has been limited to projects related to the core business of the Company and will be implemented at the JSW Development, Innovation and IT DepartmentThe parent company JSW in connection with the implementation of the new Strategy has reviewed the activities of the companies of the JSW Capital Group. JSW Innowacje was also subject to this review, as a result of which it was recommended to make deep changes to the existing business model and corporate structure. It was decided, inter alia, organize the property situation and internal structure and redefine the business model.
