With a wealth of experience exceeding three decades, he brings a formidable background, having honed his expertise at esteemed corporations like Whirlpool Corporation, General Electric, and Culligan International.
In his newfound position, Mr. Dominic is entrusted with the pivotal responsibility of overseeing safety programs and teams across all Olympic Steel locations. His leadership journey has been marked by a hands-on, all-in approach, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement. Reporting directly to Richard T. Marabito, Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Dominic's role plays a crucial part in upholding safety as a core value at Olympic Steel.

Mr. Dominic's leadership ethos aligns with Olympic Steel's commitment to driving a safety culture rooted in continuous improvement. His wealth of knowledge is underscored by a robust educational foundation, including associate and bachelor's degrees in biology from McHenry County College and the University of Illinois, respectively.
Furthermore, Mr. Dominic holds certifications such as Director of Safety from the North American Transportation Management Institute and Occupational Safety Specialist from the Alliance Safety Council. His extensive repertoire includes technical courses covering OSHA, NFPA, USDOT, USEPA, stamping, robotics, welding, high-speed assembly, and ISO certifications.
