Chinese steel giant Baowu Group announced that BaoSteel’s plate production, sales & research teams have recently worked out a plan to meet met all requirements for project construction and bagged steel plate supply contract for steel box girder of the first suspension bridge of Boao Lecheng Bridge Project in Qionghai in Hainan. Initially 3,255 tonne steel contract for the first bid section of the bridge has been put in productionThe Lecheng Bridge in the Lecheng Pioneer Zone of Boao, Qionghai is the first suspension bridge project in Hainan Province. It is a mega bridge built visitor attraction and transportation functions into one. The bridge will be 1,193 meters long and span over the Wanquan River in Qionghai, which will greatly improve the infrastructure and urban functions of the pioneer zone.
