Brazil's Secretariat of Foreign Trade SECEX’s Management Executive Committee of the Commission for Foreign Trade GECEX has made its final determination of the first anti-dumping sunset review on seamless non-alloy carbon steel tubes of circular section with an outer diameter not exceeding 374mm originating in China, deciding to maintain the AD duties of USD 1,009-1,356 per tonne, valid for five years.The products involved are under tax numbers 7304.31.10, 7304.31.90, 7304.39.10, 7304.39.20, and 7304.39.90, excluding oil or gas pipelines under 7304.1 of the NCM and casing pipes drilling and extracting oil or gas under 7304.2.Brazil initiated the first anti-dumping sunset review on non-alloy carbon steel seamless tube imported from China on a petition filed by domestic steelmaker Vallourec Soluções Tubulares for the extension of the AD tariffs in March.
