The Canadian International Trade Tribunal has continued, with amendment, its order made on 12 August 2016 in expiry review RR-2015-002. The Tribunal continued its order with respect to the dumping of flat hot-rolled carbon & alloy steel sheet and strip originating in or exported from Brazil and China and the subsidizing of such goods originating in or exported from India. The Tribunal found that the continued or resumed dumping and subsidizing of these goods were likely to result in injury. The CBSA will therefore continue to impose anti-dumping and countervailing duties on these products.The Tribunal rescinded its order with respect to the dumping of such goods originating in or exported from Ukraine.
