Canada Extends Anti Dumping Duties on Steel Plate Imports
The Canadian International Trade Tribunal has continued its order made on January 30th 2015, in Expiry Review No. RR-2014-002, continuing, with
amendment, its finding made on February 2, 2010, in Inquiry No NQ-2009-003, concerning the dumping of hot-rolled carbon steel plate and high-strength low-alloy steel plate from Ukraine. The Tribunal found that the dumping of hot-rolled carbon steel plate and high-strength low-alloy steel plate from Ukraine was likely to result in injury to the domestic industry. The Canada Border Services Agency will therefore continue to impose anti-dumping duties on these products.
