The Supervisory Board of BENTELER International AG has appointed BENTELER Steel/Tube Managing Director & Chief Financial Officer Dr Tobias Braun as the new CFO of the BENTELER Group. He will assume the position effective 1 September 2022. Drs Braun will also continue in his role as Managing Director & CFO of BENTELER Steel/Tube. After two successful years, Frank Jehle will hand over to his internal successor and leave the company on 31 August 2022.Dr Braun joined the BENTELER Group in 2018 and since then, as Managing Director and CFO of BENTELER Steel/Tube GmbH, has been responsible for Finance and Controlling, Strategy, Human Resources, Purchasing, Marketing/Communications and Compliance, among others. Previously, the 39 year-old from Munich managed numerous projects in the industrial goods, steel and automotive sectors as a partner of the management consultancy Stern Stewart & Co.In addition to CEO Mr Ralf Göttel and CFO Dr Tobias Braun, Mr Michael Baur will continue to be responsible for the operational implementation of the ongoing transformation program as the third member of the Executive Board.
