European Commission has made an affirmative final ruling of anti-dumping sunset review on tube and pipe fittings of iron or steel originating in China on 25 January 2022, continuing to impose a 58.6% AD duty. 58.6% AD duty is also applicable to China's pipe fittings exported to the EU via Taiwan, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, and the Philippines. The companies involved exclude Taiwan's Chup Hsin Enterprise Co Ltd, Rigid Industries Co Ltd, and Niang Hong Pipe Fittings Co Ltd.The period of investigation was from July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020, and the injury assessment period was from January 1, 2017 to the end of the review investigation period.The products are steel tubes, except stainless steel, with an external diameter of less than 609.6 mm, but do not include component parts, Frank and screws.
