Leading mergers & acquisitions advisory firm Kreshmore has announced its role as advisor to Hammett Steel in their cross-border sale to Canada-based Steelcon Fabrication. The transaction was led by Kreshmore’s Anthony Lazzara in partnership with FIFE Commercial Real Estate. The acquisition closed on 31 January 2023.
