DGTR had come to the conclusion that1. The subject goods have been exported to India from the subject countries below normal values2. The domestic industry has suffered material injury on account of subject imports from subject countries3. The material injury has been caused by the dumped imports of subject goods from the subject countries DGTR had conducted the investigation following a complaint from Chandan Steel, Tubacex Prakash and Welspun Specialty Solutions, which had submitted an application in September 2021. The product under order is stainless steel seamless pipes with an outer diameter of up to 6 inches (152.4 mm), regardless of the production technology and are classified under heading 7304
