JSW Steel & AION Capital Management Limited’s JSW Ispat Special Products Limited, formerly known as Monnet Ispat & Energy Limited, is preponing the planned shutdown of the Blast Furnace, Sinter Plant and Steel Melt Shop at Raigarh in Chhattisgarh and 2 furnaces of the Ferroalloys & SMS at Raipur in Chhattisgarh for regular annual maintenance for about 25 days with effect from 21 June 2022.JSW Ispat Special Products Limited, formerly known as Monnet Ispat & Energy Limited, was established in 1994 by Mr Sandeep Jajodia and Jindal Strips to manufacture sponge iron and ferroalloys. Now it has a production capacity of 1.5 million tonnes per annum of HR plates, rebars and structure profiles to cater to infrastructure & construction industry.
