<p>Russian steel maker MMK’s Lysvensky Metallurgical Plant has launched the industrial production of rolled products with new generation coatings in March 2022. New coating is with an anti-graffiti effect that effectively protects against vandalism in the form of pasted leaflets or traces of paint and an antibacterial coating to protect against microorganisms. This rolled product is in demand in construction, the production of facade and sandwich panels, including the finishing of medical facilities and equipment.</p><p>In addition, the company has mastered the production of rolled products with a textured polyurethane coating and a highly elastic textured polyester coating, intended for the production of complex elements, such as a gutter system. LLC MMK-LMZ also continues further development of wrinkled steel with medium and coarse texture. So in 2021, 1.6 thousand tons of such rolled products were sold. Currently, 3 colors of rolled products with a wrinkled coating are available to consumers, it is planned to expand the color palette.</p><p>As before, one of the promising areas is the development of the production of new types of rolled products with SteelArt decorative coating. To date, the production of 9 drawings of this branded steel has been mastered. By the beginning of the construction season, it is planned to master 5 more drawings (two vintage drawings, "Wenge" in two shades and "steel pearl", externally imitating stainless steel).</p><p>The Lysvensky Metallurgical Plant is one of the key assets of the MMK Group. The production site in Lysva produces premium products, which have no analogues in Russia.</p>
