Jindal Stainless Limited has announced that the Composite Scheme of Arrangement, providing for merger of Jindal Stainless (Hisar) Limited with Jindal Stainless Limited has been approved by Hon’ble NCLT on 2 February 2023.JSL said “The detailed order of the Hon’ble NCLT in relation to the approval of the Composite Scheme is awaited and will be uploaded on the Company’s website once available.”JSL added “The Composite Scheme will become effective once a certified copy of the Final Order of the Hon’ble NCLT is filed with the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi and Haryana. The Appointed Date with effect from which the Composite Scheme will be deemed to be effective upon such filing with the RoC, is 1 April 2020.
