<p>Russian steel giant NLMK Group has decided not to publish its Q1 of 2022 financial statements due to the fact that a substantial part of the investment community is unable to make transactions with the Company’s securities. The Company plans to disclose its 6M 2022 financial performance in line with the published disclosure calendar.</p><p>Payment of Q1 2022 and Q4 2021 dividends will be addressed by the Board of Directors in June 2022 as part of drafting recommendations for the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. In the current context, management will be recommending the Board of Directors not to pay dividends for Q4 2021 and Q1 2022.</p>
