Polish power producer PGE Obrót has concluded a contract for the sale of energy with CMC Poland in Poland. Part of it is a PPA for the supply of green energy with a volume of over 90 GWh per year. The contract for a total volume of 0.8 TWh per year will be in force in the years 2024-2030. Under the PPA agreement, green energy will come from the PGE Jeziórko photovoltaic farm located in Podkarpacie. CMC Poland is a modern steelworks located in Zawiercie. Over 120 years of experience and modern development have made the company a leader on the domestic market and a significant participant in foreign markets. It is also the largest steel scrap recycling company in Poland. CMC Poland products are mainly used in the construction, agricultural, energy and machine industries.
