<p>Steel Authority of India Limited’s Bhilai Steel plant is supplying rebars for Ram Mandir construction in Ayodhya and to Border Roads Organization for construction of roads, bridges etc to ensure connectivity in difficult terrain in border areas. So far, about 190 tonnes of rebar of 550D grade of various dimensions have been supplied by SAIL BSP for the construction of Ram Mandir at present in Ayodhya. More than 610 tonnes of rebars in 500D Grade of different dimensions have been supplied by SAIL-BSP to Border Roads Organisation in 2021-22.</p><p>SAIL BSP has been manufacturing high strength rebars with anti earthquake and corrosion properties for use in large projects of national importance like steel plants, dams, power plants, bridges, flyovers, expressways, tunnels etc.</p>
