Leading Spanish technology supplier SARRALLE announced that it is satisfied for start this 2023 with last Electric Arc Furnaces commissioning and start up for CELSA GROUP’s Nervacero Plant in Spain and COGNOR GROUP’s Ferrostal Labedy Branch in Gliwice Plant in Poland. The New Generation Electrical Arc Furnace, SARRALLE Blue Efficient Arc, is the result of decades of experience providing our Customers with an innovative design and high quality manufactured equipment supported by our highly experienced technical staff. This electric arc furnace offers very differentiating characteristics and benefits thanks to his design and process and safety technologies. Cognor Group’s Ferrostal Labedy Branch’s Gliwice Plant in Poland is planning to modernize its meltshop facilities to increase productivity from present 380,000 tonnes per year to 500,000 tonnes per year for carbon steel and low alloyed steel billets. Celsa Group’s Nervacero Plant in Spain has trusted in SARRALLE to replace their continuous scrap heating Shaft Furnace for a modern SARRALLE Electric Arc Furnace.
