During the process of hot-dip galvanizing of the strip, hartzinc is formed, a compound of zinc oxide, aluminum and iron. It must be removed from the surface of the product to avoid the appearance of defects in the zinc coating on the strip. The robot replaced manual labor in this redistribution.Now, in the metal coating workshop No 3, the commissioning of robotic systems has already been completed and warranty tests are being carried out. At the moment, construction and installation work on the installation of the system has been completed in the metal coating workshop No 2.
