Steel Mehanika acquired 707,164 shares, representing an equity stake of 82.45% in Metal Gradiska, for 1.5 million marka (EUR 766,900) in three block transactions on 14 March 14. The company's largest shareholders prior to the transaction were Italian company SO.TE.S. SRL with a 29.65% stake, Savino Tesoro with 29.57%, and Giuseppe Tondo with 23.26%</p><p>METAL Gradiska is located in Gradiska in Mezoregion Banja Luka in Bosnia-Herzegovina and is part of the Architectural and Structural Metals Manufacturing Industry.
