Taganrog Metallurgical Plant, a part of the Tube Metallurgical Company, has been honored as a laureate of the Russian Government Prize for Quality in 2022. The prestigious award was granted in the category of organizations with over 1000 employees.An extensive evaluation of TAGMET's activities throughout 2022 was conducted as part of the competition. Professional experts in efficiency and management assessed various criteria, including leadership, quality policy and strategy, personnel policy, interaction with partners and suppliers, technology and information management, production conditions, product delivery and service, customer orientation, service quality, and key outcomes for society, employees, and consumers.“This marks the fourth time that TMK Enterprise has been honored with the Government Quality Prize. Previous winners included the Volzhsky and Severstal Tube Plants, and TAGMET itself in 2004. This high recognition serves as a testament to the effectiveness of our quality management system, which aims to exceed customer expectations and set the benchmark for the tubular product market,” said TMK's Director of Quality, Mr. Anatoly Sychev.TAGMET, within the framework of TMK, consistently implements advanced quality management practices. Amidst production modernization, technological advancements, and the integration of digital monitoring and management processes, the plant continues to improve its key performance indicators.
