Taganrog Metallurgical Plant, a part of the Tube Metallurgical Company, has been honored as a laureate of the Russian Government Prize for Quality in 2022. The prestigious award was granted in the category of organizations with over 1000 employees.An extensive evaluation of TAGMET's activities throughout 2022 was conducted as part of the competition. Professional experts in efficiency and management assessed various criteria, including leadership, quality policy and strategy, personnel policy, interaction with partners and suppliers, technology and information management, production conditions, product delivery and service, customer orientation, service quality, and key outcomes for society, employees, and consumers.“This marks the fourth time that TMK Enterprise has been honored with the Government Quality Prize. Previous winners included the Volzhsky and Severstal Tube Plants, and TAGMET itself in 2004. The award's organization and execution are undertaken by the autonomous non-commercial organization "Russian Quality System" (Roskachestvo).
