TMK’s ETERNO Supplies Rotary Table Support Frame to Severstal
Russian pipe maker Pipe Metallurgical Company TMK’s subsidiary ETERNO for the first time manufactured and supplied to Severstal the support frame of a rotary table, a key structural element of equipment for moving steel-pouring ladles. The new products of the ETERNO INGENIUM line are used to secure and move ladles at different stages of steelmaking. The product weighing 54 tonnes, 1.3 meters high and 8 meters in diameter is made of structural low-alloy steel, which is used in welded metal structures of the metallurgical complex and is operated at temperatures from minus 70 to plus 425 degrees Celsius.

ETERNO has mastered and for the first time manufactured a high-tech structure for steel-making shops - this product is in wide demand at metallurgical enterprises and allows the company to enter new markets.”
TMK supplies ETERNO INGENIUM comprehensive engineering solutions for the oil and gas, nuclear and metallurgical industries. ETERNO previously shipped equipment for the Aksu Ferroalloy Plant in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the oxygen converter shop of the Mechel’s Chelyabinsk Metallurgical Plant, the Novolipetsk Metallurgical Plant, the Akkuyu nuclear power plant in Turkey and the Kursk NPP.
