Ukrainian President Zelensky enacted sanctions on 147 individuals linked to Russia, including Alisher Usmanov's USM Group members and Russian figures like Anatoly Chubais and Alexei Kudrin. The measures involve asset freezes, license cancellations, trade restrictions, and bans on privatization for 3 to 10 years.
