As a result of its reviews, US DOC determined that that revocation of the AD Orders would likely lead to a continuation or recurrence of dumping and that revocation of the CVD Order would likely lead to the continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies. US DOC, therefore, notified the ITC of the magnitude of the margins and net countervailable subsidy rates likely to prevail should the Orders be revoked. On 25 July 2022, the ITC published its determination that revocation of the Orders would likely lead to a continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the United States within a reasonably foreseeable time.The product covered by these Orders is certain stainless steel plate in coils. Stainless steel is alloy steel containing, by weight, 1.2% or less of carbon and 10.5% or more of chromium, with or without other elements.
