Any unused Tariff Rate Quota volume from the second quarter of the year, subject to the same limit, will roll over into the fourth quarter, and any unused Tariff Rate Quota volume from Q3, subject to the same limit, will roll over into Q1 of the following year.US imported around 2.50 million tonnes of steel from the EU last year, 4.00 million tonnes in 2019 and 5.00 million tonnes in 2018
