US Department of Commerce has determined that POSCO, the sole producer and exporter subject of review, made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value during the period of review, May 1, 2019, through April 30, 2020. Accordingly, US Department of Commerce determined that 7.46% weighted-average dumping margin existed for the period May 1, 2019, through April 30, 2020:The scope of the Order includes certain hot-rolled products of carbon steel and alloy steel, in coils, of approximately round cross section, less than 19.00 mm in actual solid cross-sectional diameter. Grade 1078 and higher tire cord quality wire rod used in the production of tire cord wire are excluded.
