The US Department of Commerce has determined that Celik Halat, a producer & exporter of prestressed concrete steel wire strand from Turkey and sole respondent for this administrative review, received countervailable subsidies during the period of review of 21 September 2020 to 31 December 2021. Commerce has determined the 96.33% ad valorem net countervailable subsidy rate exists for Celik On 4 November 2022, Commerce published the Preliminary Results and invited interested parties to comment. No interested party submitted comments on the Preliminary Results. Accordingly, the final results remain unchanged from the Preliminary Results The merchandise covered by this Order is PC strand, produced from wire of non stainless, non-galvanized steel, which is suitable for use in prestressed concrete (both pretensioned and post-tensioned) applications.
