<p>The US Department of Commerce has announced the final results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on Oil Country Tubular Goods from Vietnam for the period between 1 September 2019 and 31 August 2020. US DOC has determined that Vietnam's sales of the subject goods were made below normal value during the period of review. US DOC has determined a weighted-average dumping margin of 1.49 percent for Vietnam-based SeAH Steel VINA Corporation.</p><p>The final antidumping duties for the country are applicable from 11 April.</p><p>On November 8, 2021, US DOC received case briefs from Maverick Tube Corporation, Tenaris Bay City Inc and IPSCO Tubulars Inc and from SeAH Steel VINA Corporation and Pusan Pipe America Inc.</p><p>The merchandise covered by the Order is OCTG from Vietnam.</p>
