With respect to the remaining 13 companies that certified no shipments and are under review, we preliminarily determined that these companies did not have shipments of subject merchandise during the POR. US DOC finds that it is not appropriate to rescind the review with respect to these 13 companies but, rather, to complete the review and issue appropriate instructions to CBP based on the final results of this review.”On 6 July 2021, US DOC initiated this administrative review, covering 20 companies. The sole mandatory respondent in this administrative review is Borusan Mannesmann and Borusan Istikbal. On 11 January 2022, US DOC extended the deadline for the preliminary results by 120 days to 31 May 2022.
