The US Department of Commerce is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on circular welded carbon steel standard pipe and tube products from Turkey. The period of review is 1 May 2020 to 30 April 2021. Commerce preliminarily determined that the producers & exporters subject to this review made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value and has invited interested parties to comment on these preliminary results. US DOC finds that it is not appropriate to rescind the review with respect to these 13 companies but, rather, to complete the review and issue appropriate instructions to CBP based on the final results of this review.”On 6 July 2021, US DOC initiated this administrative review, covering 20 companies. The sole mandatory respondent in this administrative review is Borusan Mannesmann and Borusan Istikbal. On 11 January 2022, US DOC extended the deadline for the preliminary results by 120 days to 31 May 2022.
